    These have a nice heavy and solid feel to them. They’re not hollow like some others I have used. Each individual dumbbell with the two spin locks connected weighs 3.8 lbs.

    My only complaint is that the spin lock becomes loosen while working out but they’re not any worse than any other ones that I have used.

    Overall a fine product for the price.
